Our warehouse will be closed for stocktake on Thursday 4th of May and Friday 5th of May.
All online orders placed between 12:00pm Wednesday 3rd of May – Friday 5th of May will be shipped the following week commencing Monday 8th of May.
Please consider delivery times before placing your order.
ASICS ships Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
We deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania and are excited to offer FREE* shipping to these regions.
Completed orders placed on weekdays before 12:00p, AEDST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm AEDST (local Sydney time) will ship the next business day.
Once dispatched, we aim to deliver your order within 2-4 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

CARRIER INFORMATION & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Our carrier, Startrack, does not deliver to the following locations:
- Parcel Lockers
- Locked Bags
- GPO Boxes
Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations.
If your order is being delivered to a Hospital please ensure the suite number, level/floor and/or ward location is included in the first delivery address line.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not at the nominated address when your Order is delivered, Startrack will leave a calling card at your nominated address and goods will be delivered to your local Australia Post office.
BILLING & CREDIT CARD DETAILS
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Upon placing your order your credit card may show that your purchase is pending prior to shipping. If for any reason the credit card transaction for your order does not proceed then any temporary authorizations placed on your card should expire or become void in 5-7 business days.
CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INTERNATIONAL BILLING & SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to the Torres Strait Islands or Christmas Island.
We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within Australia. If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be cancelled and our customer service team will notify you.
Your order has been placed through the website and is being transferred to our warehouse
Your order has been received by our warehouse and is being picked and prepared for delivery
Your order is with our freight carriers and is on the way, or has been delivered to you
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To track the progress of your delivery:
- go to the Startrack website
- within the Track and Trace area, select 'Enter Reference Number'
- enter the 'Tracking Number' from your confirmation email (beginning with 008)
