Pronation is how a runner's foot rolls medially between footfall and toe-off. Underpronation is when the foot rolls outwards, overpronation is when it rolls inwards, and a neutral pattern is when little rolling occurs.

Matching a shoe's properties with the runner's running style will increase comfort, running efficiency, and contribute to decreasing the risk of injury.

Shoe Care

Shoe Care

CLEANING
Surface dirt such as mud and grit can be cleaned off with an old toothbrush or nail brush, a little warm water and a gentle anti-grease soap. This should take care of the dirt, and is fine to do once in a while.

WASHING
Don't wash your shoes in a washing machine. Remove the sock-liner or insole and wash it separately. This will help make the inside of your shoe fresher. Laces can be washed or replaced.

DRYING
Don't place them near a heating device such as a heater or radiator. Direct heat will alter the shape of the shoe. Open out the shoe and then stuff the inside with kitchen paper or newspaper. The paper will absorb the dampness inside the shoe. A shoe takes about twelve hours to dry out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast! I bought these and a pair of Nimbus 19 before Christmas and I have put 100kms on the Dynaflyte now. These are not as cushioned as the Nimbus (nor should they be!) but boy are they fast! the lower drop (8mm vs 10mm) and springy midsole seem to roll my feet forward and the dynaflytes have become my go to shoes for intervals and shorter races now. love the higher density tongue too which makes the upper more comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DynaFlyte if you have a high instep! I have had my New Dynaflyte for about a week and am loving them. - I had purchased a pair of the men's Metarun but for the price and comfort did not feel they were worth the money - I'm so glad I did as the DynaFlyte are so comfortable. They look and feel great for running, (a spring in your step) or just with a pair of track suite bottoms. Would recommend the DynaFlyte especially if you are slightly wider across the foot (have a high instep) as this is the issue that I have with trainers as I have a very high instep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have a new champion I usually go for nimbus or cumulus from Asics, but wanted to try this in the hope that it would be a shoe I could use for races as well as distance training. I haven't used them in a race yet, but I can't wait to try. They are supremely comfortable but also very responsive. The dynaflyte sole is a big step up from other soles I've tried in other shoes. They feel noticeably lighter, which is in part to having a stripped back upper as well as lighter midsole. Highly recommended although the increasing retail price of decent shoes is a concern.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe, very comfy, cushioned and light. What more do you want from a shoe? Just reduce the price a bit and I'll be even more happy.
