Standard Delivery:

2 business day delivery throughout NZ

  • Free shipping on all items
  • Contactless delivery. No signature required
  • Track and Trace for all parcels
  • Free returns within 60 days from purchase for all online purchases
  • All items on our website can be purchased & delivered
  • We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays
  • We deliver to mainland New Zealand addresses only

Orders will be processed and collected by the courier from our distribution centre the same or next working day depending on the time the order is placed. We aim to deliver orders within 2 business days. Rural areas may take longer.

Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Billing & Credit Cart Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank's records may result in delays to your order.

Cancelling & Modifying Orders  

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. You may however return any items for FREE. Learn more about FREE Returns or contact our Customer Service Team at info@asics.co.nz.

International Billing & Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally
  • We only accept New Zealand credit cards. Online orders with overseas credit cards will be cancelled and our Customer Service Team will contact you directly.

Submitted Your order has been placed through the website and is being transferred to our warehouse
In Process Your order has been received by our warehouse and is being picked and prepared for delivery
Complete Your order is with our freight carriers and is on the way, or has been delivered to you
