SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver to mainland New Zealand addressed only. For a limited time we are offering free shipping on all orders.

Orders will be processed and collected by the courier the same or next working day depending on the time the order is placed. We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 3 business days. Rural areas may take longer. 

Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for the delivery and parcels will not be left. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

BILLING & CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.
 

 

CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at info@asics.co.nz.
 

 

INTERNATIONAL BILLING & SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. 

We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within New Zealand. If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be cancelled and our customer service team will notify you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This email will include a link to the Post Haste website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
