Severe Over
Pronation is how a runner's foot rolls medially between footfall and toe-off. Underpronation is when the foot rolls outwards, overpronation is when it rolls inwards, and a neutral pattern is when little rolling occurs.

Matching a shoe's properties with the runner's running style will increase comfort, running efficiency, and contribute to decreasing the risk of injury.

Shoe Care

Shoe Care

Mud and dirt can be removed using a toothbrush, warm water and gentle, anti-grease soap. Apply light pressure when brushing to avoid damaging your shoe.

Do not wash your shoes in a washing machine. To help freshen the inside of your shoe, remove the sock-liner or insole and wash it separately. Laces can be washed or replaced.

Do not place your shoes in the dryer or near direct heat. The heat will alter the shape of the shoe. Instead, stuff the inside of your shoe with paper towels or newspaper. The paper will absorb the dampness inside the shoe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed For many years, I've been an Asics shopper because they've fit and been comfortable, and truly continue to believe that Asics produces good footwear. But, am extremely disappointed with this last pair of shoes, I limp after a short period of time...they are too short, so my big toes hurt. I don't know about the exchange policy for getting a size that fits my, the garbage can or charity will be the place for these shoes. And, I don't want to pay for something that apparently isn't my fault. Pro: Shoes are stylish

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit for foot problems Wonderful fit; good gel comfort. I buy any Asics shoe that has room for a bunion. Hard to find. Hope they continue to keep us older ladies in mind as Asics are the only shoes I can wear besides nurses shoes. Been buying a few every year for years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I expected in a running shoe! I love Asics running shoes! I have worn them for years. They are comfortable, have great styles, they are made with quality material, and Asics stands behind their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wife's gift I am a Asics guy for years and bought these for my wife to prove to her how comfortable Asics are. She is a nurse and on her feet a lot. She got the shoes a few weeks ago and loves them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy Right out of the Box The 3000 series have consistently been my go-to running shoes as I like the wider toe box. I bought the 3000-4 in Feb. 2016 and intended to do the usual break-in of walking and short runs, but on the first run they felt so good that I literally forgot about them and did my usual 5 miles. I rotate them w/a pair of 3000-3's and Kayano 22s, so I only have 65 miles on them, but so far no visible wear on the outer heel where my shoes usually begin to tire.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly too short Sadly, I'm returning this pair of shoes. To my surprise, they turned out to be a half-size too short and a little cramped in the toe box. I purchase running shoes for exercise-walking and usually wear an 8 Narrow (2A) in a running shoe, but the GT-3000 4 proved to be a bit too short and cramped in the toe box. However, the overall width (excluding the toe box), which some customers find too narrow, works well for me. I have since replaced the 8 with an 8.5, and the length and width seem just right, and there's plenty of room in the toe box. I haven't worn them out of the house yet, so I can't comment on their comfort and performance on pavement. I have very hard-to-fit feet, so I want to be as sure as possible that they'll work for me before making a final decision to keep them. My previous GTs, 2110, worked so well for me that I purchased two pairs. They wore out years ago and I've since worn other brands/models, but I'm hoping the GT-3000 4 will prove as satisfactory as the GT 2110.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switched from Gel-Noosa I have been wearing Gel-Noosas for a few years and have been pleased with them. It seems that the design has changed a bit since last year. The GT 3000 give me more support so that my foot doesn't roll like it tends to. I'm not a runner, but I lift and do my fair share of cardio. Great shoe for the gym.
