1. FUJITRAIL SS TOP
Admire begins by revealing his choice of the FUJITRAIL SS TOP, particularly opting for the green one. He chuckles, "It will be very nice to move through the bushes unrecognized – it's my secret weapon of being invisible." The strategic colour choice is a testament to the level of detail that goes into planning for every aspect of the race.
2. FUJITRAIL WATERPROOF JACKET
"Especially if it gets rainy," Admire notes, acknowledging the unpredictable weather challenges that Cape Town UTCT has thrown at him in the past. The FUJITRAIL WATERPROOF JACKET becomes an essential shield against the elements during the race mornings.
3. FUJITRAIL SHORT
Expressing his love for FUJITRAIL SHORT, Admire highlights their freedom of movement and soft fabric. "No chafing and the air comes through nicely," he remarks. Comfort, especially during the gruelling 100km, is a top priority.

"I will wear this during the early morning hours just to be a bit comfortable," Admire says, explaining the importance of small comforts during the early hours.

As the afternoon sun becomes a challenge, Admire relies on the FUJITRAIL ULTRA-LIGHT CAP. "Load some ice in it at the aid station for cooling," he suggests.

Admire explains that the FUJISPEED 2 is a weather-dependent choice, favouring it on dry ground. "I trust it better with moving motion and stealth. The fibre helps save energy; it's light," he states.
10. TRABUCO MAX 2 - Conquering the Wet and Muddy
For wet or rainy conditions, Admire turns to the TRABUCO MAX 2, highlighting its comfort and superior grip in muddy terrains.
11. ASICS GLOVES
To combat the chill of the morning, Admire will carry ASICS GLOVES in his kit, ensuring he starts the race with warmth in his hands.
