In creating the GLIDERIDE™ sole, designer Hiroaki Nishimura was INSPIRED BY “KORON-KORON” (a Japanese expression for the sound something makes when it tips over and continues to roll on its own) and a bicycle—two ideas that convey effortless coasting.
