The NOVABLAST™ 3 TR running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort.Part of our NATURE BATHING™ Collection, this shoe is inspired by the Japanese phrase, "shirin yoku." Its colorway draws inspiration from the calming hues found in nature. Meanwhile, its trail-specific outsole is functional for running on off-road surfaces.A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle.Meanwhile, the midsole’s FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning helps create a lighter and more responsive feel underfoot.

How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Having a Novablast tr, winter fun runner
Great shoe for winter running onwet roads and light trails. FF blast makes for a fun a poppy ride. Quick delivery and a great price.

Probably the best running shoes I've ever had.
The best running shoes I've ever had, stable and well cushioned. Bought the TR version because i live in rainy conditions and the traction is great also on lighter trails. I had version 1 before and did not enjoy them at all they were very well cushioned also but lacked in stability. The downside is that it is a discontinued model. Ill try to find some more of them.

Great running shoes, whoever put the trail outsole on the road shoe needs rewarding, these are perfect for autumn in the UK, wet leaves on tarmac etc

Love this shoe! I have had the version number 1, 2, and 3. All of them were amazing. They feel great for short and long runs in a variety of paces.
