NOVABLAST Running Shoes

ASICS NOVABLAST™ running shoes are neutral daily trainers built around energised cushioning and maximum bounce. They're suited to uptempo paces, light intervals, and race day distances where you want a lively, responsive underfoot feel without a heavy shoe. The NOVABLAST™ 6 adds improved traction and a more secure upper, making it a versatile option for runners who move between road and mixed terrain.

Both use FF BLAST™ MAX foam for cushioned energy return, but the NOVABLAST™ 6 adds a FF TURBO™ SQUARED trampoline pod in the forefoot to amplify the bounce, along with ASICSGRIP™ outsole rubber for better grip underfoot. The upper also gets an upgrade — a breathable woven construction with tongue wing construction for a more contained midfoot fit. If you loved the 5, the 6 is a refinement rather than a reinvention.
