De GEL-NIMBUS 25 schoen uit de PLATINUM-collectie is uitgevoerd in donkere tinten die worden gecompenseerd met iriserende accenten om je look tijdens het hardlopen te verbeteren.
Het zachte speciaal ontworpen bovenwerk van knit omwikkelt je voet comfortabel en zorgt voor geavanceerde ventilatie. De vernieuwde tong van knit materiaal maakt de schoen flexibeler en komt tot de enkel voor een luxere fit en feel.
De tussenzool heeft de meeste demping van alle schoenen uit deze serie tot nu toe. We hebben meer FF BLAST PLUS demping en onze nieuwe PureGEL technologie toegevoegd om de demping van deze sneaker nog lichter en zachter te maken.

Comfortable,stylish trainers
Really comfortable trainers for running and look great. For me, they do feel smaller than previous Asics I've had in the same size, wish I had gone up half a size.

Run very small
Love the shoe but it is too small. I am always 6.5, in all running shoes brands, but I am getting bruising on my toes. Have tried to run them in but they are just coming up small. So disappointed because otherwise I love the cushion, tongue, length of laces , colour way etc

These shoes caused my tendonitis!
I have been running in the Nimbus range of shoes for over 10 years. I have tried different lines and brands but have always found Nimbus to be the ones for me. I loved how I could order the latest model online without worrying about how they would fit and they always accommodated my orthotics without any problems .
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case...I ordered the Gel-Nimbus 25 just before Easter and was so excited to try them out. I wore them about 4 times before developing a sharp pain on the side of my left foot while out for a run. It was so painful I ended up limping home. Fast forward 6 weeks and after rest and ice and voltaren rub, my foot still was bothering me, I went to see a podiatrist as I suspected I had peroneal tendonitis. I took in both my Nimbus 24 and 25 shoes and the podiatrist confirmed peroneal tendonitis caused by the Nimbus 25 shoes which has a significantly higher stack height and lower toe drop compared to the Nimbus 24 and previous Nimbus models. This changed the mechanics in my foot when running and resulted in tendonitis. I was told not to wear the Nimbus 25s and go back to the 24s when my foot recovered.
3 months later, I still have pain in my foot and can't run or even walk very fast AND I have a pair of $260 running shoes I can't wear! As an active person not being able to run or even walk is very frustrating and knowing it was caused by these shoes makes it even worse. Very disappointed!

Worth it
I have plantar fasciitis & so needed a shoe with extra cushioning & these are perfect. I love the all black colour with just a little swish of silver/blue - can get away with wearing them to work.
