De GT-1000™ 11-schoen moest vooral nóg zachter en soepeler worden. Dat was onze prioriteit. Dit is de perfecte schoen voor een actieve levensstijl. Je kunt hem dragen tijdens het hardlopen of in de sportschool.
De FLYTEFOAM™-demping in de tussenzool heeft een lagere dichtheid dan z'n voorganger. In combinatie met de GEL™-technologie zorgt dit voor zachtere landingen en soepelere overgangen.
Pronatie wordt tegengegaan door de LITETRUSS™-technologie in de tussenzool, aan de binnenkant van de voet. Dit ondersteunt je passen en voorkomt dat je gaat overproneren.

Hoe je voet contact maakt met de grond
De voet landt aan de buitenkant van de hiel en rolt sterk naar binnen (pronatie). Zo verplaatst het gewicht van de binnenkant naar de bal van de voet.

Great Shoes!
I love my new ASICS shoes! I own several pairs in different colors and they are the best! Not only are they attractive and comfortable but they go the distance in terms of long hikes, the gym as well as around the town and the house. I also have a few foot problems but ASICS give me the support and comfort I need as well as sufficient room in the toe box!

Perfect running/workout shoes
Amazing! Especially good arch support! And goo for narrow feet. This is the fourth pair of GT-1000s I have bought in the past 7 years!

GT replacing Kayano
Lightweight, cushioned and comfortable. I usually wear Kayano but not so keen on the latest models so thought I would try an alternative. So far so good! And cheaper!

Perfect om te rennen, wandelen wat minder.
Fijne schoenen, tijdens het hardlopen zitten ze enorm prettig & ik merk absoluut een verschil met het hardlopen! Mijn gewrichten doen ook een stuk minder pijn!
Met het wandelen duurt het inlopen wel erg lang & zijn ze nog niet heel comfortabel.
Maar voor het hardlopen zijn ze echt perfect!

Will break easily
I bought these shoes about 8 months ago. Now my pinky toes and big toes are coming out of the shoe as there are holes in the mesh. I have really thin feet, so the holes surprised me a lot. You would think asics would make a more durable shoe, considering its a running shoe. Not worth the price at all, especially for the amount of time it lasted. My last pair of ASICS lasted me 8 years. So I was very disappointed. I genuinely thought I was investing in a good quality shoe that would last years. It was comfy though. I will stick to leather shoes now, as I think companies are using mesh to reduce shoes lifespan. I have a friend that has the same problem with mesh shoes.
