I’m just an average 27 year old bloke who believes in getting people to do above average things. (Ok when I say average, I might be slightly rounding up on height there).

I’ve found that pushing myself physically, brought benefits mentally that I didn’t even think possible. I find running the most unambiguous way to do that, put your shoes on and away you go until your body tells you that you can’t go any more.

Life can be tough. I’ve definitely found and seen that at times. Doing something difficult makes life seem …a little less tough? In fact, it can even make it feel a little rewarding.

In June of 2024 I put the shoes on for the first time in 3 years … 20 weeks later I ran 7 marathons in 7 days and I raised a big chunk of money for a mental health cause I care about.

What I really care about now is continuing my work in improving mental health but even more so, inspiring people to put their shoes on, run and do things they didn’t know they were capable of… because the mental benefits might just change your life.
