I’m Lauren, a 34 year old runner from the UK and proud mum to twin girls.
I started running at 30, and it’s completely transformed my life. In just 4 years, I’ve completed four marathons, hitting a new PB each time, and placed 6th in my first ever ultramarathon in 2024. These experiences have shown me that it’s never too late to discover what you’re capable of and rewrite your story.
My biggest motivation is my daughters. I want to show them—and every woman out there—that motherhood and age are not limits but incredible sources of strength. I’m passionate about breaking the cycle of “mum guilt” and proving that prioritising self-care and chasing your dreams makes you a better parent, not a selfish one.
Through running, I hope to inspire women to embrace their potential, push boundaries, and show the world that it’s never too late to achieve amazing things—no matter your age or stage in life.
