I discovered my love of running in my mid-30's and it's been a steep learning curve ever since! I love the personal development that running brings, including chasing faster times. But most of all I love the bonds that running has brought me! I've made friends with people I may never have crossed paths with otherwise. Whether I'm running with them or alone, flogging myself on the track or cruising around the local trails, I just love running!

I'm a firm believer that if you find a way to enjoy the process, success will be the natural byproduct!
