As a Sales Representative of the Benelux team, you will drive profitable market share growth with the assigned customers and categories. You will also establish winning partnerships with the assigned and prioritised accounts. As an ambassador of the assigned accounts to internal stakeholders, you will contribute to developing and executing Sales Strategies and focus on joint Category and Strategic Business Planning with selected retailers to drive commercial results.

How you’ll help us.
Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp near Amsterdam and reporting to Field Sales Team Lead Benelux, you’ll:
- Drive the ASICS brand’s development across Belgium and Luxembourg on the assigned customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain in-depth relationships with assigned accounts.
- Communicate proactively with the cross-functional teams and report effectively to the Field Sales Team Lead Benelux.
- Measure progress on own KPIs, monitor and report to Field Sales Team Lead Benelux on customers' and competitors' activities, propose/initiate/take actions and provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
- Focus on driving business with assigned customer portfolio support of Team Lead Sales Benelux and cross-functional teams.
More about you.
- Relevant experience in sales.
- Industry experience and knowledge across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Sales and business acumen.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
