How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

A very high grade for a trail shoe with a carbon
A very high grade for a trail shoe with a carbon plate that will make you fly.The Asics Fuji Speed 2 are fast shoes designed to run without thinking too much, they demand speed. In the mountains they are fast and on the flat they can handle it without any problems. The cushioning is high and the foot is not overly fatigued, being the lugs very correct for general use with good behavior even in mud. On really technical descents their only notable limitation, stability, comes to the fore. The carbon fiber is oriented to reactivity and therefore forces fast stride transition and speed. The combination of the FF Blast plus the midsole and full-length carbon plate really do give the shoes a good pop on a mix of different ground types while still being soft enough to give a comfortable ride even over longer distances.
They also boast a plush heel cup. I haven’t found there to be any slippage in this area and it’s comfy on the ankle too.
I was just having too much fun staying in FUJISPEED™ 2's.

Light, dry, grippy!
I got to try these shoes out for some hikes and a mountain race, it is super light and dries out really fast since the top material is a bit more plastic-y but comfortable. I had to have my feet underwater but the shoes dried out pretty fast after which helped a lot during the race. The grips are pretty solid, I would love to continue using them for shorter faster races in trails!

Stability for all terrains
Very detailed shoe with great stability. The cushioning of the shoe combined with the carbon plate give possibility for you to bring up your A game on trails and different types of terrains.

My speedy trail running shoe!
With its super lightweight design and full-length carbon plate this shoe becomes my favorite racing shoe for trail running. I’ve done runs at a mix of paces plus a couple of easier runs and the shoe is super comfortable and nimble. It has breathable mesh material that keeps my feet cool and well-ventilated during hot runs. And last but not least I am fully in love with its colors!

Good grip and comfortable.
I like this shoe so much for trail running. Its probably one of my best trail-shoes. Its good grip and its comfortable on the foot. The colors are playful and im looking forward to try this shoe even more on difficult trail. The only negative about the shoe is that it runs small, so take a bigger size then you normally have in Asics shoes.

My first trail shoe with a carbon sole. Surprisingly comfortable shoe to run trail with.
It is light, flexible and soft.
Over log and stone. I chose a half size bigger as the shoe felt too small for my usual size. really love the color of the sole and upper

Great trailshoe for racing
This shoe is my new favourite racig shoe on the trails. Works in muddy and wet conditions as well! Its is light weight and fast. The grip works well.
