The GEL-VENTURE 9 shoe has been modified to provide better cushioning. Its materials have been strategically designed for when you're shifting from the outdoors to city streets.
The midsole has been modified with AMPLIFOAM cushioning and a higher stack height. When combined with the rearfoot GEL technology, these features help create a softer and more comfortable feel underfoot.
Meanwhile, the outsole features an advanced traction pattern that's functional for the road and trail surfaces.

Ver comfy shoe for running or working out
It's a very comfy shoe with extra padding to give more of a bounce. I ordered a size 40. Sizes are a good fit.

Solid!!
Been exclusively wearing Gel Venture 8 for the past year of backpacking South America, apart from sandals.
Super comfortable, and have worn so well, great quality.
Had to super glue the tip of the sole down a few times, but that's ok.
Comfortable for 2/3 days consecutive hiking. (A bit sore after day 4 20km a day, but to be expected.)
Excellent shoe!! Lasted me 10 months before I have to buy a new pair, wearing every day!!
