Here are my thoughts on switching to the ASICS Dynaflyte

At first like most people when you need to change your running shoes you are very reluctant to change them for a number of reasons. So I decided to get the Dynaflyte for my long runs. When first putting them on they felt so comfy and a bit like a slipper. That is a plus plus for me, no matter how good the trainers are, they must feel comfy as my feet take a lot of pounding. The material of the trainer added to this. The next step was to try these during one of my runs and I noticed straight away how they made me bounce. I felt very bouncy when running you could say it felt like I was flying…. My verdict is a great shoe, design is great, and it’s not just for long runs but also for races and I would recommend these to others.
