About me

I am usually found running up a mountain with my rescue dogs Kael & Finn, and now with my new addition of baby Harris! I am a long distance trail runner, and live for the hills. If I’m not running we’ll be adventuring in my van in the Scottish highlands. When at home Iove a local parkrun, and I help out with some amazing local running groups!
I’ll also be found running in my local hills; the Pentland and the Ochils, which provide the perfect playground for me!
I want to empower women and mums; new and seasoned; to get outdoors and know they are capable of anything they want!
