Some PBs this weekend and also some incredible adventures

So November is going to be an epic month for Fergus Crawley so he decided to knock out a 54 mile training run in preparation from Glasgow to Edinburgh... as you do

Let’s ring the PB bell for Matt Rees at Frankfurt running an incredibly quick 2.29 despite stomach issues early on. Hadooli Hassan ran a brand new 10k PB at the Leeds Abbey Dash in 49.20 and smashed her parkrun pb the day before. On a roll!
Anna Pearce came 3rd place female at the Exmoor Trail Marathon

Victoria Stears raced the Ashford 5 Miler - 2nd lady in 35:46, also a PB!

Sarah Renshaw came 3rd lady in the not Langley not 7 on Saturday.
Rey Smart was his ever bubbly self at the Frankfurt marathon yesterday running 3.46

Jonathan Kenneally races the Dublin marathon yesterday (all be it without his No 1 pacer) in 3.26

Livvy Mason Ran the Exmoor Trail Running Challenge yesterday, half marathon (14 miles) 3.5 hours

 Bradley Freeman did the university of Manchester xc relays yesterday. Racing leg 2 for uni and leg 5 for Stockport on a 3k course. What a mud fest!!

Alan Li Had his first race of the season post UTMB. Racing an 11km trail race in Seoul.

Aaron Elvis Seldon raced the stroud half in 1.33. The comeback in on!

And finally.... not a race but a great excuse to run 5k... Chimzy Dorey ran the 5k Gin Run. A gin every 5k, I’m just waiting for the marathon version
