Boost your running performance with the GEL-NOOSA TRI™ 12 running shoe. With its eye-catching design, this lightweight running shoe provides a blend of comfort and support to help you meet your training goals.
For a cushioned and lightweight ride, the GEL-NOOSA TRI™ 12 model features a FLYTEFOAM™ midsole, which works with GEL™ technology cushioning in the rearfoot for a more comfortable run. Open holes in the forefoot drain water to help keep you dry, while the airy mesh mid-foot area lets your feet breathe.
The elastic laces and a pull tab on the tongue and heel make the shoe easier to take on and off, while the AHAR™ heel plug helps to reduce wear in high-contact areas to extend the overall lifespan of the shoe.
Pronation
Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The GEL-NOOSA TRI 12 is made for Neutral.

Wonderful transition shoe, would recommend!
Love the shoe, great for triathlon transitions from the bike to running. Making working towards an ironman much easier

Solid lightweight trainer
Extremely lightweight and breathable, dries and drains fast with solid cushioning. Unsure about the fast lace system but still getting used to it. The laces are solid just look a little odd when they stick out.

A Great Tri shoe for everyday runs
Very light, nice comfortable gel sole that feels springy. Fits perfectly. The laces are stretch with knots in so they do not need to be tied, this is because they’re a tri shoe and this is for speed of getting on. I didn’t buy these for triathlons so was a bit concerned at this. Normal black lace are supplied as well though, but so far after 3 runs I’ve used the stretch ones and found them to be brilliant!
I bought the purple blue and fluorescent yellow style because I want them bright and punchy, helps to be seen as well. Don’t like dull colours!

an average of 30 seconds per KM faster with these compared to the nikes i used previously. comfy too. i happily get another pair with the 150 voucher
