Product Details

ASICS GEL-Kayano 29 Lite Show gives you a stable running experience. The midsole of this shoe has been updated with FF BLAST PLUS cushioning, giving the shoe a light and responsive feel. It gives you more energy with every step. Various technologies have been used throughout the shoe to improve cushioning and soften the landing. As a result, every landing feels smoother and it feels like you're getting a return. LITETRUSS stability is located on the inside of the midsole. It is designed to prevent the foot from turning too much inward when you run. Safety has also been considered in the construction. To improve visibility in low light, reflective details have been strategically placed on the shoe.

Pronation

Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The GEL-KAYANO 29 LITE-SHOW is made for Neutral and Overpronation.

  • How your foot ontacts the ground

The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Overpronation

  • Foot Type

    Low arches or flat feet

  • Push Off

Big toe and second toe do majority of the work.

  • How your foot ontacts the ground

The foot lands on outside of heel, then rolls inward (pronates) excessively, transferring weight to inner edge instead of ball of the foot.
