Great
Very good quality, I am very happy with it, always wanted a goretex trainers to walk on a rainy day and not getting wet. They are a bit noisy but I am happy overall

Disappointing customer support
Nice shoes but I didn’t realise they had studs and were for outdoor use only. As a wheelchair user these will not work for me. So far I have been unable to return them. I was told that my email address was unrecognised, which is strange since the message came as an email, as did this.
I am upset about this as I really want to order more shoes. My original pair have been the best shoes I’ve had for my foot and ankle problems. However I am put off by this problem.
