We deliver throughout India, Monday-Saturdays, excluding India Public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

- Shipping addresses outside of India

- P.O Boxes

- Military areas

- Government offices

- Airports

- Shipyards

- Schools, Hostels & Colleges

Working days are Mondays to Sundays, 1030 to 2130 IST, excluding public holidays in India.

Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect Service will be applicable only on Prepaid Orders. If you have chosen Click & Collect as your shipping method, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed by the store and you will receive instructions on when you can collect your order. Please note that your order is reserved for you for 7 days to collect your order from your chosen store. Orders that are not collected after 7 days will be cancelled.

Please note that we are unable to change your selected store for collection to a different store location. In addition, we will not be able to change your Click & Collect orders to home delivery option once your order has been placed.

During collection of your order at your chosen store, you will be required to bring along a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation email to present to the staff at the store.

All orders need to be collected personally and you cannot assign any other person or party to collect the order on your behalf . 

COURIER INFORMATION

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.

All deliveries in the India are made through reputed courier companies, and you can track the status of your delivery through their websites with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or under “Shipment Details” in “My Orders” under “My Account”. For further information, contact our Customer Care.

In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.

In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company. 

BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.

Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL BILLING AND SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally from INDIA as of now.
