The FUJI LITE 3 shoe is inspired by the Hinoki Cypress tree that's native to Mount Fuji. It keeps you focused on the path ahead and guides you towards a more positive mindset.
Key updates include a greater percentage of recycled textiles for the upper construction. This allows us to reduce waste and re-use leftover resources.
Following a sustainable design approach, the reshaped FLYTEFOAM midsole is formed with recycled materials. This foam creates lightweight shock absorption, propelling your stride forward as you move through the trails.
Lastly, the shoe's outsole is designed to increase traction on muddy or loamy surfaces.

How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Nice colours and design. The shoe is supercomfortable to have on. It has a good grip on the trails - but I have not yet tested it on snow and slippery surfaces.

Speedy trail shoe
A trail shoe thats really lightweight and therefore made for speed. Perfect for interval training on uneven ground, like forest trails or gravel roads. The recycled material in the shoe makes an extra plus for this model.

Love the nature reference in design!
This is an awesome shoe which I heavily tested on OCR terrains, so it can manage both through the muddy trails as well as A frame walls. And on top of that, it has a wonderful design!

Environment friendly shoe with great grip
This model provides stable ride with great grip and lightness. It is also a very versatile shoe. I use it for interval sessions on the trail but also for some long runs. I especially like the midsole cushioning that makes the shoe bouncy but also preserves its light weight.

Pocket rocket power in a trail shoe
If I’m ever unsure which trail shoe to go for I always end up wearing these and never regret it. The light and responsive build makes them super for shorter distances, but don’t let this fool you; I’ve worn them for numerous 20+ mile runs and they absolutely perform. They dry quickly, provide superb traction, and yet I still feel very confident on tricky terrains. This is the absolute all rounder train shoe. Fits very true to size

Excellent for trails
This is my favourite from the Asics trail running shoes. It is suitable for all kind of trails and fits like a glove. It is light and runnable but provides the necessary support.
