Comfortable shoe
These shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I generally wear a 6 1/2 shoe but always go up in a gym/running shoe. I got the 7 and the size is perfect. This is the first pair of ASICS that I have ever owned. Perfect for training and cardio

Didn’t love these
The back of the heel slid down into the shoe, so now the cushion is balled up on the back of my heel and it’s uncomfortable. There is also no heel support. My Kayano 27 felt more supportive than the 28. I’m a nurse, and after one shift, my feet are killing me in these shoes.

I love my new Asics Gel Kayanos. It was time for an upgrade from the 27s and the new model doesn’t disappoint. I would recommend these to any runners or for a walking shoe.
