Harsh on the lower leg. Racing in Nikes instead.
They are harsher on my legs than my Nike next% 2’s. I used to have every edition of the gel-nimbus until I realized how much I was heel striking I was going which resulted in IT band issues. These help you get up on your forefoot but they beat your legs up. I bought them for Ironman world champs in Kona but will be racing in the Nike’s instead.

Very comfortable although I don’t think they improved my performance as much as my Nike alpha fly. But overall happy with them and I think they will be more comfortable over a marathon as my Nike.

no size 14 or 15
the thirteen is to tight on me I need a 14 or 15. they need to make sizes for big people. I will stick with the zoom's. wish i could of ran in these....

Not worth the money stay away.
Absolutely destroyed my feet on a run. The carbon plate was not as springy as the Nike. And they are not built to size right.
