The Metaspeed ™ LD point helps sprinters to make longer strides with less effort.
formed with the FF blast turbo ™ cushioning, this shoe allows you to enjoy a more reactive rebound at the time of the impulse. It is associated with a full length carbon plate which catapults you forward with a prolonged stride length.
The carbon structure without spin of the outsole is designed to increase the traction. Rather than piercing the surface of the track, it slides on top to help you save energy between each step.

Spikeloos, maar zeer responsief
Geen spikepunten meer, maar carbon 'pins' die heel veel grip geven. In mijn tijd als atleet jammergenoeg geen carbonspikes kunnen uitproberen, maar wat zijn ze snel zeg. Ook mede door het foam wat extra energy return geeft. Ik schat in dat je 1 seconde per 400m harder kunt lopen op een 1500m, 3000m of 5000m met deze schoenen.

Metaspeed LD is fantastic for fast running
I have used this shoe for hard intervals and competitions and it's really a fast spike or track shoe. The upper is really lightweight and in a fantastic quality. The foam is the FF Turbo blast foam, you probably know from the MetaspeedSky and Edge. It really gives you a flying feeling together with the new carbon-plated technology under the shoe. I really like the new technology without the spikes and it feels like it's faster than the spikes. I have no problems with this track-shoe in bad weather conditions and it is doing the job without any problems.

Light and fast
These spikeless spikes are a great race shoe for the track especially when most racing flats have been banned! The carbon plate means they are a stiff shoe but very responsive and fast! The only downside for me is that without the spike pins it can make the shoe slippy on wet days and on mondo tracks, I also can’t use them for steeplechase as they slip on the water barrier (but the leaflet with the spikes says not to use them for steeple).
A great addition to the MetaSpeed range, light, responsive and very fast.
I recommend going a half size up from normal shoe size as they are short/tight

Partiamo col dire che sono fenomenali
Diciamo pure che queste METASPEED LD sono state un acquisto che rifarei. E che in qualche modo ho dovuto rifare, perché in prima istanza sono rimasto sorpreso dalla taglia, che calzava un po' più grande rispetto a quella che acquisto solitamente (45). Il nuovo grip che sostituisce i chiodi è assolutamente affidabile e ho potuto provarle per diversi utilizzi: devo dire che davvero mi hanno sorpreso - questa volta in positivo. La colorazione è straordinaria, il materiale buono e la parte sul tallone non mi ha causato problemi (a volte, con altri modelli, mi venivano delle fastidiose vesciche). Per me è LA scarpa da pista.
