Welcome to Movement for Mind

Thank you for being part of this research trial into the impact of movement on mental wellbeing.

Movement for Mind is a research project. Dr Brendon Stubbs, a leading expert on movement and mental health, will oversee this project to measure the impact of a simple movement-based programme on our mental wellbeing. Each 30-minute audio session incorporates running or walking and other techniques that have been proven to help us feel better, such as breathwork, mindfulness, being in nature and meditation.
