Our focus for the NOVABLAST 3 LE running shoe was to make it lighter and more comfortable. The intention for this trim level approach was to make it look as good in the streets as it does on race day. Influenced by technical performance, the upper's Nexkin mesh material evolves the design with improved ventilation to help your feet keep cool.
A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle.
Meanwhile, the midsole’s FF BLAST PLUS cushioning helps create a lighter and more responsive feel underfoot.

The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Great show. Very light and supportive,.good level of cushioning. Good heel support. Fit is true to size (10.5Uk). Would highly recommend and will be buying another pair.

Jeg kan ikke få armene ned over ASICS NOVABLAST 3
Jeg kan ikke få armene ned over ASICS NOVABLAST 3 LE! jeg må sige, at de virkelig har imponeret mig på alle fronter.
Først og fremmest var jeg overvældet over den utrolige komfort, som disse sko tilbyder. FLYTEFOAM Blast-mellemsålen gør virkelig en forskel og giver en blød og behagelig landing, hver gang mine fødder rammer jorden. Jeg kan ærligt talt sige, at det føles som at løbe på skyer! Og ikke nok med det, så får jeg en fantastisk respons og energiudladning ved hvert skridt, hvilket virkelig hjælper mig med at yde mit bedste.
Den åndbare mesh-overdel på skoen er også en kæmpe fordel. Jeg har tidligere haft problemer med at mine fødder bliver varme og ubehagelige under mine løbeture, men det er nu en saga blot. NOVABLAST 3 LE holder mine fødder kølige og behagelige, selv når jeg præsterer på mine længste og mest krævende ture. Og pasformen er simpelthen fantastisk. Jeg føler mig virkelig godt støttet og låst ned takket være den forstærkede hælkappe - det er som om skoen er skræddersyet til mine fødder!
Jeg kan ikke undlade at nævne den imponerende ydersål på skoene. Den giver et fantastisk greb på forskellige typer overflader, hvilket giver mig den nødvendige stabilitet og tillid under mine løbeture. Uanset om jeg bevæger mig på asfalt, grus eller stier, så kan jeg altid stole på, at skoene klarer sig godt..
Alt i alt kan jeg ikke få armene ned over ASICS NOVABLAST 3 LE. De er komfortable, responsive og har et stilfuldt design. Jeg kan uden tvivl anbefale disse sko til enhver løber, der ønsker at tage sin træning til et nyt niveau. Gør dig selv en tjeneste og prøv dem - du vil ikke fortryde det!

Bounce fest!
Wow! Super bouncy and cushioned for long runs and easy miles, but with enough bounce to make you feel like picking up the pace at any point. A perfect all rounder if you're looking for that "do-it-all" shoe.

Gives you energy back!
I hadn't used the NOVABLAST series since the first edition and wow what an upgrade and model this series has become. The shoe really gives your step energy back and your feet somehow feel less exhausted after a longer run with these.
