The NOVABLAST™ 3 LITE-SHOW™ running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort.
This iteration features reflective details that are strategically positioned to improve visibility when running in low-light settings.
A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle.
Meanwhile, the midsole’s FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning helps create a lighter and more responsive feel underfoot.

How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

- At least 75% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions
- The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeingtechnology
- Reflective details help improve visibility in low-light settings

Highly recommend, great running shoe
These shoes are a fav of mine - I've brought several pairs! good for road running and park running. Soft and cushiony. Good for narrow feet as well.

Love them! Great cushioning!
Love these trainers! As a back pain sufferer having good cushioning on heel strike is important to me. Also having wide feet these trainers are perfect. I power walk a few miles every day. These shoes are great for this.

Your new go to trainers
These are definitely my go to trainers. Ive had 5 pairs now, really comfortable, no blisters and nice and light. Ive done 3 half marathonz now and no problems whatsoever. Good price too, happy days!

Fijne allround trainingsschoen. Zit prettig. Kleuren mooi. Zowel geschikt voor duurlopen als tempowerk. Misschien iets te weinig ondersteuning voor de echte langzame duurlopen. Maar een schoen om in de kast te hebben
