Click & Collect is available when you spend $40 or more online. All products online are available for Click & Collect.
IS CLICK & COLLECT AVAILABLE AT ALL STORES?
Our Click & Collect service is available at ASICS AUCKLAND. Click & Collect is not available at ASICS Outlet stores.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
Click & Collect orders can be returned to ASICS for a refund or an exchange. For more information, see our returns policy here.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN STORE WHEN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
If you change your mind and wish to return/exchange an item, you can do so with any items available in store at the time. Alternatively if the product(s) you want aren’t available at the time they can be ordered in for you to collect the following day.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?
Family and friends can pick up your order on your behalf. Please ensure they bring a copy of the email or SMS order collection notification, or the tax invoice. Alternatively we suggest you enter their details at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER FOR?
We hold orders for 2 weeks from the day you receive your pick-up/confirmation notification. If you do not collect your order within this timeframe your order will be cancelled and refunded back to the payment method used to place the original order online.
WHEN WILL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER BE READY?
We aim to have your order ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
