COVID-19 NZ Update

Due to government restriction in relation to COVID-19 our nation has been placed into Alert Level 4, effective from 12am, 26th of March 2020 for four weeks. At the moment we are unable to pick and process orders in warehouse as we do our bit to break the chain of COVID-19. As soon as the Government allows us to operate our fulfilment centre we will process these immediately.
We will happily accept any order cancellations and refunds in the meantime if you wish to change your mind on any purchase. If you have any queries about orders please contact our NZ customer service team who are continuing to work through this period at email@example.com .
Please note that we will not be able to process returns under Alert Level 4, until further notice.
