COVID-19 NZ Update

The Traffic Light System

Under the phased traffic light system, we will not require customers to show their Vaccination status unless the Government has advised otherwise.
In keeping with Government guidelines, we do request our customers still follow a few rules when visiting our store:

  • Please remember to scan the COVID TRACER QR Code (or manually record your details) before entering the store. We will also have hand sanitiser readily available.
  • Wear a Face mask or covering.
  • Maintain 1m distancing from other customers.
  • Stay home if you are unwell.

All our customer-facing staff are fully vaccinated and can’t wait to help you find your perfect pair.

With a complex situation like this, these plans might change, and if so we’ll update this page accordingly. We are closely monitoring what’s going on and will continue to follow recommendations from the New Zealand Government. Our dedicated team will continue to support and service your needs.

We're Experiencing Temporary Delays

NZ Post Services have released a statement reflecting their current network performance. COVID Alert Levels, and an increase in online orders nationwide are resulting in delivery delays as they process larger volumes than normal. 

Please expect delivery delays of up to five working days for items being sent in and out of Auckland, and one working day for the rest of NZ.

Our Auckland store is open.

ASICS Commercial Bay has resumed it's normal opening hours: 

Monday-Saturday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

From the 16-23 December open hours are extended until 9pm. 

ASICS Commercial Bay will be closed on Christmas Day (25 December). 

Click and Collect will continue to be available from our Auckland store during normal opening hours. The wait time for Click and Collect may be 1-2 days depending on stock availability.


We currently offer the following: 

  • 2-3 business day delivery throughout NZ 
  • Free shipping on all items
  • Contactless delivery
  • Track and Trace for all parcels
  • Free returns within 30 days from purchase

Returns:

  • Our customer service team are able to process all returns
  • Returns must be unworn and in original packaging. Please see our full returns policy here

Staff Safety: 

  • PPE and hand sanitiser have been provided for product handling
  • Our warehouse teams are operating with reduced numbers to ensure they are following correct distancing guidelines
  • Our in-store staff members will follow protocols recommended by the NZ Government

We will continue to evolve our approach as we receive further guidance from our government and other health experts.
