Answer 5 quick questions and we'll match you with the shoes that fit the way you move
What type of shoes are you looking for?
Men and women have different needs to support their gait, foot structure, and biomechanics. ASICS designs gender-specific running shoes to improve performance, comfort and safety.
Where will you be running?
If the majority of your running takes place off road, trail shoes can provide performance and safety that road designed shoes cannot.
What is more important to you?
Built for distance, these shoes have extra cushioning - providing more protection. You love to challenge yourself to run for longer.
Built for speed, these shoes are lighter for a more responsive ride. You love to run fast, train for speed and feel like flying.
Do you need extra support?
Pronation is the natural movement of your feet while running. Stability shoes are for runners who overpronate (your foot rolls inwards when you land)
For underpronators and neutral runners who are predisposed to an outward or neutral rolling motion as the foot progresses toward toe-off.
Research shows that around 4 in 5 runners risk injury in shoes that don't suit their running style.
Pronation is the natural movement of your feet while running. Stability shoes are recommended for runners who overpronate, which means your foot rolls inwards when you land. For more information, visit our Pronation Guide.
What level of comfort would you like?
All runners have different cushioning preferences. The more cushioning, the softer the ride.
ASICS has developed innovative cushioning technologies that are strategically placed to reduce impact. By minimising impact, our cushioning technologies increase the level of comfort and give you an even softer ride.

The GEL-NETBURNER™ 20 (Wide) shoe is fused with advanced technology that enables flexibility and pronounced pivoting on court.
Prepared with a upper that implements an airy mesh paneling, this shoe helps circulate air throughout the forefoot to keep feet cool and dry during performance. Both lightweight and responsive, this shoe pairs GEL™ technology based cushioning and a FLYTEFOAM™ injection in the midsole, supplying excellent shock absorption without adding any additional weight. Flexion grooves in the outsole create an adaptable feel and a close to the ground contact.
Designed to accommodate those with wide feet and improve ease of movement, the GEL-NETBURNER™ 20 (Wide) netball shoe also promotes a responsive stride with an adaptable fit that moves with the foot's natural motion.
