Online Purchase Returns Policy

60 days free returns and exchanges

  • Returns Policy

    ASICS NZ offers free returns for all items purchased online through this site, provided that purchases comply with the rules and process set out below. If you return an Online Purchase, it must be:

    • The original online purchase
    • Unworn, unused and in a new saleable condition
    • In original packaging, boxes and tags intact
    • Returned within 60 days of receiving your order
  • Returns Process

    Email info@asics.co.nz
    for a FREE courier label to use to return your items + the returns process and courier info. 

    Send in your items for FREE according the emailed instructions.
    Include your order number, product(s) and reason for the return

    We process returns/exchanges within 3 working days of receiving the items.

  • Warranty Claims

    If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault and would like it assessed under warranty, we can assess them free of charge.

    All warranty claims must go through the original place of purchase; therefore, we would be unable to provide an assessment for products purchased from other retailers.

  • Warranty Process

    Include your order number, product info, photos, and their mileage and usage

    We'll contact you to confirm your request
    Final assessments will be made by our servicing department in person

    Once received, we'll aim to contact you within 3 working days

    If it's faulty?
    The product will be replaced or exchanged.

    If it can be repaired?
    The product will be sent to our repairers.

    If it's not faulty?
    The product will be returned to you.

Consumer Guarantee's Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being mislead, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
