DELIVERY INFORMATION

Covid-19 Level One status update: As at October 4 2020 our delivery service still running on time to all regions of NZ (including Auckland).

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver to mainland New Zealand addresses only. For a limited time we are offering free shipping on all orders.

Orders will be processed and collected by the courier from our distribution centre the same or next working day depending on the time the order is placed. We aim to deliver orders within 2 - 3 business days but are unable to guarantee this during COVID-19 level restrictions. Rural areas may take longer.

Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. During COVID-19 level restrictions delivery will be contactless and will not require a signature.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

BILLING & CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.

 

CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at info@asics.co.nz. 

INTERNATIONAL BILLING & SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. 

We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within New Zealand. If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be cancelled and our customer service team will notify you.

STATUS DESCRIPTION
Submitted Your order has been placed through the website and is being transferred to our warehouse
In Process Your order has been received by our warehouse and is being picked and prepared for delivery
Complete Your order is with our freight carriers and is on the way, or has been delivered to you

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This email will include a link to the Post Haste website where you can track the progress of your delivery.

If your Order fails to arrive within 5 business days of the date of your Order, please Contact Us in writing.
