The GEL-KAYANO 29 shoe creates a stable running experience and a more responsive feel underfoot. Featuring a low-profile external heel counter, this piece comfortably cradles your foot with advanced rearfoot support. We also updated the midsole with FF BLAST PLUS cushioning. This helps keep the shoe lightweight while creating a more energized rebound in each step. A LITETRUSS stability feature is placed on the midsole’s inside angle. It’s designed to help keep your foot from rolling too far inward during your stride.

kayano 29 vs 28
I actually enjoyv the Kayano 28 better. The 29 seems to rub the toe box a little more which tends to irritate my big toe.

These runners are so hard and uncomfortable, they give me blisters. This was my last Asics purchase and will be looking for a new brand for my next runners.

Run small
I did not keep them. For some reason the size I always wears, these shoes were too tight in toes. I have another pair same brand same size. These shoes may run small.

Ive been struggling with plantar fasciitis due to being on my feet all day at work. These trainers are soo comfortable, i havent had any pain since buying them!!! I would absolutely recommend them! I bought half a size bigger than my normal size after reading other people's comments and they fit perfectly.
