Underpronation
-
Foot Type
High arches -
Push Off
The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot. -
Considered Injuries
Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Neutral
-
Foot Type
Normal size arches -
Push Off
There is even distribution from the front of the foot. -
Considered Injuries
Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
The GEL-CUMULUS® 22 LITE-SHOW™ running shoe is an excellent choice for neutral runners that want a soft and flexible everyday trainer with a great fit. This offering also incorporates reflective accents throughout the design that allow you to be seen in low-light conditions. This update features a one-piece mesh upper that's combined with a seamless 3D print construction to improve support and comfort around the foot. The FLYTEFOAM® technology in the midsole is softer than the previous version to promote a pillowy ride. Under the heel where the foot first hits the ground has been redesigned to isolate impact while the new heel design's deeper forefoot flex grooves and softer midsole foam create a smoother ride. Lastly, a hard-wearing AHAR® rubber outsole compound has been placed in key contact areas to help the GEL-CUMULUS® 22 LITE-SHOW™ shoe stand up to a ton of miles.

Great Shoe!!
Light, comfortable, solid shoe. The fit is fairly accurate, though the front pad area felt a bit wider than preferred. Overall though this is an excellent shoe.

The fit is perfect - true to size. Cushion is excellent - stable and comfortable yet snappy and responsive. Probably the best all-around trainer available at any price!

Decent
Right foot is fine, left foot padding seems to fit differently. Got shin splints after running with these the 4th or so time.

I like these shoe
The slightly elevated heel seems to work well with my running pattern. They also feel like the lightest running shoe i have ever worn.

The Gel Cumulus 22 Lite Show is a great shoe. The fit is great for my foot, plenty of cushion for longer runs. And they look great.
