Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative to the Hoka! These shoes have been positively life-changing when it comes to my running. I am a long-distance runner and struggle with foot pain on the ball of my foot. I have always been loyal to Asics and used to wear the MetaRun and the GT2000. However, I tried Hokas to alleviate my foot pain, but they gave me blisters on my arches. Switched to these and I not only have zero foot pain, but my feet feel light and my speed has picked up. These shoes are lighter than they look and do not be freaked out about the hard sole. They feel like you are running on clouds. The only downside is they are not good on uneven ground - definitely for road running only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Significantly Faster Mile Splits! I was a bit intimidated by the sole on this shoe but it truly rocked my run, propelling me forward and significantly reducing the impact on my quads and shins, which I have had issues with in the past. Smooth ride, recommend for those looking to outpace their regular mile splits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Running Shies! I love these new MetaRides! I’m just getting back into running and wanted the best. My only regret is I should have purchased a size 10 instead of a 9 1/2. Mine are too small and are hurting my feet but I’ve already worn them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saving power, and economy energy New sneakers Metaride immediately struck me with a creative design. They look innovative, not like any of the previous models. The combination of colors in a discreet style. They look stylish and complement any look. Sneakers are perfect for running on level ground. Peculiarity of roll over from heel to toe energy conservation. But most importantly, I faced an ankle injury. I just started training after injury. Because this footwear really additionally compensates shock loading. Roll over on your heels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely horrible I was so excited to get these shoes after reading the good reviews, I thought this is finally going to be the shoe that is comfortable. I could not be more wrong. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable within two minutes of running I had to stop due to the pain in my arch this was causing. Many years ago I suffered from plantar fasciitis so it is very important to find good running shoes. These really narrow in the middle of the foot and seems as if the whole in the sole makes for no support at all. The sole of the shoe is also shiny rubber with no traction and makes it very slippery. Avoid this shoe at all costs and keep Your money. What a rip off! ASICS used to make wonderful comfortable shoes but the past few years have been terrible shoes that all hurt my feet. These are going back in the box immediately

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too small I prefer a size 13 or 12.5. Size 12 was too small. I returned the shoe. The shoe sole felt good and I would rebuy if they would make it in a size that fit. I wear narrow shoes and I did not notice that the shoe felt too wide, if that information helps anyone. The shoe looks better in person than in the picture. The sole does not look so big.
