How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Durable shoe.

The BEST running shoes
ASICS aficionado here since I started running almost 20 yrs ago! ! Wore it to a half marathon race and it was pumping! Materials were very light and well paded as if you're not hitting the pavement! Wore it again to run the NYC Marathon last Nov 5th and it didn't fail me!

Great, fast shoe
I did a test 5K and 10K run with these shoes and ran faster than I have in ~20 years! I just finished a half marathon race today, set a PR, and ran a pace 30 sec/mi faster than I do in my normal trainers (Asics Tri Noosa 14/15).

UNBELIEVABLE
My brother recommended these shoes to me. While a bit more expensive than the average running shoes, I decided to give it a go. Well - I am HOOKED. These shoes feels like you are flying and effortless with great cushioning. Trying them for the first time today, I did a 10K with them: increased my speed, my stride, no soreness on the legs. On top of it, it feels like there is less efforts being made and my energy level is high. I could have gone for another 10K.... looking forward for racing and long distance. One thing is sure - there is no turning back.
