They are pretty good, i am 182 cm 65 kg and 15 years old and medium fits good, maybe a bit too short but good fit, they dont slide around when playing volleyball. Good protection and comfortable!

Nice Knee pads
The knee pads are very thick and effective for knee protection. Probably due to the size, the medium was a little small for me and the large was a little loose. But overall they are comfortable.

Fit quite tight on my legs, but the padding is firm and supportive. Very good for me as I play Libero!
