Commuting bag
Love this backpack. Fits really well and I get no chafing when running. I regularly run home from work (9 miles) with no issues. It is not the biggest, but I can put my clothes, purse, phone and keys no problem. It has lots of compartments so I can keep certain items separate. I only wish it had more reflective parts on it for when I run in the winter months.

Perfect for running
Fantastic running backpack. Nice tight fit, no bouncing while running. There is room for a small amount of stuff. (clothes, energi, waterbottle ect.)

Great running bag
This running bag is so light and lovely. It sits perfectly on your back and body during your run. It is roomy and you don't notice at all that you are wearing it while you run. It can be adjusted all over so that it sits very close to the body. I love it. And a lots of pockets to.

A great bag - but not for running
I love this bag. I have it in black and an older generation in purple.
However, to me I wouldn't wear it to run in. It's too big and moves around on my back. Not quite big enough for a commuter running bag (laptop for example), but too big for just general running carry stuff.
But its great for everyday use, walking and for taking to races.
Also rides up a little high on the back of my neck, so makes running with it uncomfortable.
