Pronation

Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The DYNABLAST is made for Underpronation and Neutral.
  • Under
  • Neutral
  • Over

Underpronation

  • Foot Type

    High arches
  • Push Off

The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Neutral

  • Foot Type

    Normal size arches
  • Push Off

There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Buyer Most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in years! Definitely purchasing more in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase for comfort I thought these shoes would definitely work for walking and they have been very uncomfortable. My feet hurt after wearing them. I would not buy again. They are nice looking but I would not recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Runs very large These run very large (and wide) I’m a consistent size 9 and have an average to wide foot. I had about a 1.5 inches of space from the top of my toe to the tip of the shoe. The sole is also VERY squishy. Almost to the point where I felt a little unsupported and unstable. However, I’m typically used to a little more structured of a shoe so this might not be a big deal for others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I stand 12 plus hours a day. I did not even realize my feet were killing me until I tried these shoes. Literally like waking on clouds. My absolute favorite shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dynablast Love these! They’re light weight and fit perfectly with just enough cushion. I have plantars fasciitis and have had no pain running with these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost as good as Novablast Bouncy midsole. Almost as good as Novablast with more stability and outsole, but too stretchy of an upper, very difficult to get good lockdown and secure heel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ASICS Dynablast Look nice on and seem very comfortable but they are larger than my ASICS Gel Nimbus. I bought a size 8 based on the ASICS sizing tool & based on my current Nimbus shoes. Seem very comfortable but haven't been able to try them because I had to return due to sizing.
