Heel Drop

Designed For Underpronation Neutral

  • Foot Type

    High arches
  • Push Off

The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
  • Considered Injuries

Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

  • Foot Type

    Normal size arches
  • Push Off

There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
  • Considered Injuries

Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
The DYNABLAST™ running shoe comfortably wraps the shoe around the foot like a gentle hug. This design means there are fewer layers of material, resulting in a light and breathable upper. It's recommended for runners who want a responsive underfoot experience during their run. This shoe offers an energetic ride that stems from the one-piece FLYTEFOAM® Blast technology midsole. The foam's springy softness is complemented by a midsole design that provides a trampoline-like effect as you run. The foam and the sole design are linked to give this shoe a great ride from footstrike to toe-off and is also an excellent addition to a variety of running workouts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable but not consistently fit I love the flexibility of the front area. But the fit can't persist as the back area is not made with the same flexible material. Half of the time, my feet would stay snuggled; the other half, the heel would be loose. That makes my feet feel insecure. That is the reason for 4 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shoes Matter The Dynablast is one of the best running shoe I have owned. I am currently preparing for a wildernness ultra and spend my time running on roads and uneven dirt / gravel trails. The runs are a combination of rolling hills, soft, sometimes damp, winding trails and long hard flats with a few steep hills scattered in for fun :-( . The shoes are performing very well across all of the terrains mentioned. For me, they have enough cushion for the long flats, but do not twist on the winding, uneven trails and have the perfect amout of toe box for my wide-ish foot. They are comfotable, the laces have enough grip to stay snug and the sole makes for an easy gate with the slight roll from ball of foot to toe. The only change I would make in the shoe , if I could, is to make the cushion in the middle of the sole, at the ball of the foot slightly thinner. During training, when running hard up hills, the cushion causes too much pressure down the center of the ball of my foot. It is not uncomfortable, just distracting with the hard pressure. And interestingly, it only happens when going up hills, not down..? With that, the shoes are so comfortable, I am preparing to buy a second pair to wear around town.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Color on heal peals instantly Great shoe comfort wise, terrible quality color on outside. Wore shoes 4 times and paint pealed on the heals. Contacted support for replacement and got the run around!
