The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot. -
Considered Injuries
Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Normal size arches -
Push Off
There is even distribution from the front of the foot. -
Considered Injuries
Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury. -

Not Ideal for Supinated Runners
Not the ideal shoe for supinated runners, did not provide the support I was looking for. Followed the ASICS guide and landed me with these as one of my best options, next time I will go to a running store like I have in the past for a more specific assessment. Walking is fine

Sticking with the Dynaflytes
I have owned twelve pairs of Dynaflytes. I’ve put nearly 3500 miles on them and have run seven marathons. They are light enough for race day and hold up as trainers. Every time I try to find another pair, I end up returning them and going back to the Dynaflytes.

Dynaflights are terrific and superior to Nikes
Love Asic dynaflytes. This is my 3rd pair. I am an old guy that runs/jogs about 3 miles 3 to 4 times per week. I've uses Asics for many years. They are much more comfortable and durable than Nikes. Dynaflights really help with attenuation.

Excellent running shoe
Needed few days to break in arch, especially on right foot. When walking with below ankle socks, abrasion on back of ankle but doesn’t happen when running.
All-in-all, an excellent running shoe. Extra spring helped speed up my pace without trying.

Fits smaller than flyte 2s and less cushion
They fit smaller than the flyte 2s length wise. They do not have same arch or toe support. So if you middle strike run like myself. Prepare yourself for some aches and pains. I would prefer the same cushioning and size that was on the flyte 2s.
