Designed For Underpronation Neutral

Underpronation
-
Foot Type
High arches -
Push Off
The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot. -
Considered Injuries
Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Neutral
-
Foot Type
Normal size arches -
Push Off
There is even distribution from the front of the foot. -
Considered Injuries
Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury. -

Great support
Great cushioning for my outside line. I feel like my cornering ability is stabilized better too.

Short but sweet time with them
They were great... until they got stolen :-(. (Never had a problem leaving my shoes outside my apartment door, and we have doormen who bring up our packages, so building doesn't get lots of outside traffic - but they're gone.) Only had them for a few weeks, but they were mostly comfy, tho a little narrow for my R foot, which is a bit bigger than my L.

Like walking on air
These shoes are super comfy and cushiony. I’ve gone on several mile walks and at the end my feet feel great. It really is like walking on clouds.

Good Short Run Shoe
Good shoes for shorter. I did notice that my toes were smashing in the toe box on a very hot, 10k run. They are very comfortable and have a good, tight fit.

Cute but quality is a concern.
While I am an avid ASICS fan and have been wearing ASICS exclusively for 14 years, I am sorry to say I am disappointed with the DynaFlyte 3. These shoes are cute and comfortable, which is why I have given them 2 stars. However, I have only been wearing them a month and they are already showing significant wear in the upper portion and a considerable amount of tread is already worn off the bottom. I have not experienced quality issues of this kind with an ASICS shoe before.

Arch Support
I was a little concerned that the arch support wasn’t enough for my high arches, but after the second time wearing the shoes, they formed perfectly to my feet. I love these shoes!

Asics DynaFlyte 3 Shoes
Love this shoe! I have been wearing the DynaFlyte 2s over the past year exclusively for my HIIT workouts and have been very impressed with how lightweight and supportive they are. The DynaFlyte 3 is no different. The only reason why I rated it a 4 is because I am still breaking in my DynaFlyte 3 shoes.

excellent
quick delivery; fits well, adequate toe box, not to wide nor too narrow, comfortable. I have purchased several of this model in different colors because I am assuming it is about to be discontinued. i hope I am wrong....
