Get moving and get moving fast with the premium DYNAFLYTE® 4 women's performance running shoe from ASICS, specially designed for road running. This lightweight shoe sports FLYTEFOAM® Lyte technology to put a spring in your step, along with rearfoot GEL® technology to ensure shock absorption and a softer, more luxurious feeling underfoot. The plush shoe also benefits from our I.G.S® (Impact Guidance System) technology which ensures you get a cleaner stride, strategically enhancing your natural gait as you push for that new personal best. Furthermore, engineered jacquard mesh means feet stay cool and dry, while the shoe's reflectivity ensures you'll always stand out. The DYNAFLYTE® 4 model is a durable running shoe for neutral, fast-paced athletes looking to go the distance and push boundaries.

Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The DYNAFLYTE 4 is made for Underpronation and Neutral.

  • Foot Type

    High arches
  • Push Off

The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
  • How your foot contacts the ground

The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great investment I love these shoes. This is the first time I purchased Dynaflyte. I usually get Cumulus because iI have high arches. I am enjoying both of them. The arch support is wonderful. My arches and heels added no longer hurting. The Dynaflyte is very light weight and so comfortable. I will continue to get both shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dynaflyte 4 ASICS is my go to running shoe but I’ve not used Dynaflyte. I ordered this pair because I was having knee pain. It is light and stylish, the knee pain subsided a little. I’ve had it for two weeks, am yet to find out if I like it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unbelievable comfort - can’t stop wearing them Super comfortable with great cushiony ankle support, lightweight, airy knit fabric on top, and supportive bouncy feel due to flytefoam technology. Bought a couple weeks ago, were perfect for my HIIT fitness classes and running until I realized I had a little too much toe room that was causing me pain when I sprinted (I unfortunately have to sell them as I can’t return them anymore). I’m typically a women’s 9.5-10 and probably need a 9.5 in these for a snugger fit instead of the 10. Another con is there is fabric pilling after a month around the ankle areas.
