Designed For Underpronation Neutral

Underpronation
-
Foot Type
High arches -
Push Off
The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot. -
Considered Injuries
Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Neutral
-
Foot Type
Normal size arches -
Push Off
There is even distribution from the front of the foot. -
Considered Injuries
Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury. -
How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
The GEL-NIMBUS® 24 (Wide) shoe offers advanced impact protection for your distance training. Creating a softer landing in every step, this shoe is also approx. 10g lighter than the previous version. The upper’s soft engineered mesh and flexible midfoot panel make these shoes more comfortable during long runs. By moving seamlessly with your foot, they help your stride feel smoother in every step. FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning keeps the shoe lightweight while providing a softer feeling underfoot. This material also helps increase the shoe's rebound properties at the toe-off stage.

Disappointed.
Very narrow in the toe box. Even purchasing a half size up, I can't run comfortably in these. Gave a star for timely arrival and because they look as represented, but wide feet should avoid for actual running.

Great shoes for running or pickleball.
Love them, just the right width and a lot of cushion. I use them for pickleball since the ASICS pickleball shows don’t come in wide or with much cushion. I really do wish ASICS would make some cushioned wide pickleball shoes.

10 hour comfort
My feet are comfortable for 10 hours shifts at a hospital. I have neutral to high arch feet and I'm very happy with these shoes.

So Good, I Bought 2 Pair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has knee issues but still would like to remain really active, these shoes do the job. So much shock absorption. Like walking on marshmallows in the best possible way. I even went and bought a second pair of Asics. They're magical.

Comfortable but too narrow
I really wanted to like these shoes, and although I got a wide the toe box is still too narrow. Everything else about the shoes are great but after wearing them for a sixteen hour shift, my toes were killing me. If I could have returned them I would have tried a bigger size but because I had already wore them I could not.

Comfortable
Very comfortable! But after 3 months they started to tear out on each side of the toes. Asics didn’t reply to my claim.
