Comfortable. Gel absorbs impact.
Comfortable walking shoe that I wear to work in an emergency room. The gel is forgiving. Cushioning all around the lower ankle.

Nice advancement from the 360 6
I happen to like this iteration of the gel quantum 360. It's an improvement over the 6's albeit not by a lot. As far as the laces go I've yet to encounter any issues and if I do I'll simply thread in a new set from one of many old pairs of this model. I don't particularly like the heavy lacing protection but it's not a deal breaker. More of an anesthetic annoyance which means little overall
Having finally discovered that the really plush Asics are the Nimbus & Kayano I've been spoiled by them completely yet still find a place for these 360's. I own multiple pairs of the old metaruns which are classic but aged now as well as another favorite in the gel kinsei 6 and newest iterations of them. All have their own place and the quantum 360 still holds its own. The midnight black colorway is a huge plus in my eyes as I'm not one for pink flashy odd colored shoes. Overall definitely recommended if you are a fan of this model shoe.

Extremely nice Asics GEL-QUANTUM 360 VII. Comfortable, perfect fit, well stitched and quality. Maybe, the finest Asics shoe I've ever purchased. I'm totally satisfied as the above shoe is far better than I expected. We would highly recommend the Asics GEL-QUANTUM 360 VII. Thank you very much Asics. We shall surely speak of Asics as the benchmark of all shoes.
