I like the wide
It’s hard to find a tennis shoe that’s a little more room in the toe box and also not too lose at the ankle. The wide version of this shoe is, stable and comfortable, durable sole. Checks all the boxes for my foot.

Great first pair of Asics
Great stability when moving on the court. Played in Nikes forever and they were hit/miss depending on the style. First pair of Asics are a hit!

A true step up from the G-8’s
Better cushion, higher heel per se, and overall better stability. The 8’s also offered great stability, but you could feel the low “heel.” The G9 would be perfect with the same “heel” of the FF3.

Great Performing Shoe; Stable and Stylish
I've now played 5-6 times in these shoes and am very pleased. They are only my 2nd pair of court shoes and, having liked my 1st shoe (Babolat), these are a noticeable step up. Feel is comfortable but sturdy. Give a feel of a lower center of gravity, providing more responsive push-off to attack shots, and no concern of rolling an ankle. Very stylish and distinctive too (I bought the Hugo Boss version) - more "aggressive" looking, not "flashy". Different than some other reviews, I have found the fit to be just right (and not too narrow). I do have a medium-to-narrow foot though, so perhaps the wide version is best for anyone with known wide foot.

Worth the bang for the buck
As always, Asics Gel Resolution 9 lives up to the expectation as being the most comfortable and reliable shoe straight out of the box, no break-in period required. Tough and durable as well. Only recommendation would be more breathability without compromising durability.
