Running perfection!
I think my years-long search for a running shoe may have come to an end! For years, I could never find a pair of running shoes for my flat feet that overpronate that left me feeling comfortable and supported after a run. I was shopping Asics for a new pair of basic shoes for the gym (landed on the GT-1000 12, great shoes!) but saw these GT-2000 11 TRs on sale and decided to pick up a pair intended for trail running. Out of the box, the GT-2000s felt a bit bulkier than the GT-1000s, as expected, but then I decided to try them out for a road run, even though the TR variety of the GT-2000 is meant for more of a road/trail hybrid, if I understand correctly. It turned out that these are fantastic road running shoes for my flat, overpronating feet. They’re the first shoes I can remember wearing that didn’t leave me in any sort of pain when I was done running, and they’re now my go-to shoes for just about any sort of run. The Nature Bathing Golden Yellow color looks great, too. My running confidence is higher than ever thanks to these GT-2000s! I wear a Mens US 12.5 in my GT-1000s, and opted for a Mens US 13.0 for these GT-2000s, and both are a perfect fit. (In other words, it might be smart to size up a tiny bit on these.) If you have flat feet that roll inward when you run, definitely consider these shoes for both road and light trail runs. Maybe they’ll solve all your problems like they did for me.

Consistent Support & Performance
I have been purchasing the GT series since I started running back in 2003 and they have been fantastic. The advancements made over the year make this the most dependable running shoe for how my foot strikes. This shoe has the support I need and the color is just plain sick (black/white/gray). I love them.

I highly recommend Asics !
The Asics GT-2000 11's are well designed this year ! The colors are vibrant and with plenty of variations. The overall performance is phenomenal, the construction is perfect and the style is better than ever ! I can not thank Asics enough for having the over/under pronation issue not only handled but also for being out front of it and clearly offering help on the website. They clearly explained and demonstrated with video what pronation is and which Asics models help. I haven't had that help from any other brand.

Now even better…
My new GT 2000 11 is a perfect fit. More support and cushioning. At 78 I walk and bike a lot. Definitely will order another pair for Spring.
